• 3–7 days before check-in: Partial refund may apply.
• Less than 72 hours before check-in: No refund.
• No-show bookings are non-refundable.

If Greenspun Nature Stay is unable to honor a confirmed reservation, guests may receive either a full refund or an alternate accommodation arrangement, subject to availability.
